Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Excellent communication skills; team player with a positive attitude.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to high-quality standards and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Inspect and document work performed on the repair order; maintain cleanliness of the service center.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians; communicate clearly with teammates.
• Perform oil changes, check oil level, tire pressure, fluid levels, and complete vehicle inspections.
