Jiffy Lube International is hiring a General Service Technician in Lake Stevens, WA. This entry-level role starts with comprehensive training and certification to service guest vehicles with quality workmanship and great guest experiences.

You will join Team Car Care and grow through our training program, advancing with experience and certifications while delivering reliable service across all shop tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates; ensure proper tire pressure.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels; complete vehicle inspection.
• Install new oil drain plug and filter; lubricate fittings as needed.
• Document all work on repair orders; report safety issues to management.
