Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; independently motivated and a team player
• Demonstrates responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to follow procedures

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates and ensure proper tire inflation
• Inspect and refill fluid levels, perform vehicle inspections and document work performed
