Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube is hiring a General Service Technician to service guest vehicles in a busy shop. You will participate in a robust training program and gain certification through our training tracks, setting you up for advancement in a front-line automotive role.

The position is full-time, on-site, with a starting pay range of $15.00 to $15.24 per hour, plus benefits and bonuses. Join us to grow with a trusted automotive service leader in Wentzville, MO.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center.
• Mentor junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Record all work performed on the repair orders.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
