You will begin with hands-on training, progress through certification, and join a team focused on safety, performance, and guest experience. The position is full-time with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g. retail, food service, hospitality)
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Reading and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and teammates
• Strong work ethic, dependable, and a team player
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Complete vehicle inspections
• Install new oil drain plug and oil filter
• Document all work performed on the repair order
• Report safety issues to management immediately
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
