Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care during all hours.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center.
• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level technicians.
• Inspect and communicate oil level and tire pressure.
• Check and refill fluid levels; complete vehicle inspections.
