Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This entry-level role supports a range of automotive service tasks and tire maintenance, with benefits starting from day one.

You will learn diagnostics, perform routine maintenance, and participate in on-the-job training and ASE certification opportunities as part of our commitment to development and safety.

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
  • Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
  • Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
  • Install and perform tire maintenance.
  • Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
  • Road test vehicles.
