Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team in Nashville, Tennessee. This entry-level role supports vehicle servicing, including diagnostics, preventative maintenance, tire care, and system checks.

Pay ranges from $12.54 to $18.81 per hour, with full and part-time benefits available from day one. Bridgestone offers ongoing training, ASE certifications opportunities, and a supportive work environment focused on growth,

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
