Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in Nashville, Tennessee is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will join a collaborative team responsible for servicing vehicles and delivering quality auto care.

As part of this role, you will learn diagnostics, perform oil changes and tire maintenance, and road test vehicles. Bridgestone supports ongoing training, ASE certifications, flexible schedules, and a path for growth within a values-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Learn basic mechanical tasks
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred
• Reading, writing, and math skills

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services
• Install and perform tire maintenance
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems
• Road test vehicles

Skills

Learn basic mechanics
