Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our Firestone Complete Auto Care team. You’ll diagnose and repair basic vehicle systems, perform routine maintenance, and service tires, batteries, and electrical components.

This role offers day-one benefits including medical, dental and vision, paid vacation/holidays, and on-the-job training with ASE certifications. A valid driver’s license is required, and prior automotive experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver's license required at all times.
• Experience in automotive service is preferred.
• Reading, writing and math skills are required to perform maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and service tires, batteries and other components.
• Road test vehicles to ensure proper operation.
