Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a flagship team servicing vehicles within our network. This entry-level role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with benefits from day one and a tool program discount.

Pay ranges from $13.20 to $19.80 per hour, with a commitment to fair compensation. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform routine maintenance, and support tire and battery services.

Qualifications

• Learn to diagnose and repair brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shocks, and inspect electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
