Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a dedicated team servicing vehicles. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform maintenance, and support tire services.

This role offers full and part-time opportunities with benefits starting from day one. Pay range is $11.88–$17.82 per hour, with on-the-job training, ASE certifications, and a supportive onboarding environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
