Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an entry level Maintenance Technician to join a fantastic team servicing vehicles at Firestone Complete Auto Care. This role offers full- and part-time benefits from day one, including tool program discounts, with a pay range of $12.54–$18.81 per hour.

You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform scheduled maintenance, install and maintain tires, batteries and suspensions, and road test vehicles as part of a collaborative, safety‑mocused

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
