Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, based in Nashville, Tennessee, is hiring an entry level Maintenance Technician to join a fantastic team servicing vehicles. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform routine maintenance, and support tire and battery installations.

This is a full-time role with pay range $11.88 - $17.82 per hour. We offer on-the-job training, ASE certifications, paid vacation and holidays, flexible work schedules, 401(k) match, and daily pay options to support

Qualifications

• Learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems: brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
