Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team.

You will be part of a collaborative group servicing vehicles, with full and part-time benefits from day one, including a tool program discount. The role involves diagnosing basic automotive issues, performing routine maintenance, tire services, and testing systems to ensure safe operation.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
