Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our Firestone Complete Auto Care team in Nashville, TN. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform scheduled maintenance, tire care, battery and suspension checks, and road test vehicles under supervision.

The role includes on-the-job training, a tool program, and a benefits package starting from day one, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
