Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. in the Firestone Complete Auto Care network is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a strong team. Learn to diagnose and repair basics including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical while performing oil changes and tire maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Reading, writing, and math skills are required.
• Experience in automotive service industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
