Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to high-volume inbound calls; identify customer needs and provide accurate, scripted or guided solutions.

• Assist customers with standard account updates, billing inquiries, and service requests following defined procedures.
• Accurately document call details, actions taken, and outcomes in CRM systems.
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
• Provide courteous, empathetic, and professional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
