Job summary

Just Tires, a Goodyear company, is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in our auto service centers. You’ll learn basic services while providing outstanding guest experiences and working in a fast-paced environment.

No experience required; we’ll train you. This role includes opportunities for advancement, with benefits like medical plans, 401(k), certification reimbursement, and paid vacations. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic automotive services like mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs and oil changes.
• Assist senior technicians and management with preventative maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations and maintain vehicle care standards.
