Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is helpful.
• A high level of energy and strong motivation to learn and succeed.

Responsibilities

• Oil changes and fluid exchanges.
• Rotating tires of various types.
• Perform multi-point inspections and replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades.
• Maintain shop tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Keep documentation of service work performed up to date.
• Continually update product knowledge for new models.
• Work with mentors to locate and diagnose problems, road test vehicles, and service new cars prior to delivery.
