Job summary

The Maintenance Technician at Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Nashville, TN is an entry-level role within Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will be part of a collaborative team servicing vehicles, learning diagnostics, brakes, alignments, and routine maintenance, while advancing your skills through on-the-job training.

Full-time and part-time benefits start from day one, including tool program discounts and a pay range of $14.37 to $22.45 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
