Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Firestone Complete Auto Care team in Nashville, Tennessee.

This entry-level role supports vehicle service with responsibilities including diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems, performing oil changes and scheduled maintenance, installing tires and components, and road testing vehicles. We offer full- and part-time benefits from day one, including a tool program and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
