Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team. This entry-level role supports a high-volume service operation and helps diagnose basic vehicle issues while performing routine maintenance and tire care.

Full and part-time benefits are available from day one, including tool program discounts. Pay range $15.18–$22.77 per hour; Bridgestone commits to fair compensation and minimum wage requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
