Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Nashville, Tennessee. This entry-level role supports a dynamic team servicing vehicles with full-time and part-time benefits from day one.

The pay range is $13.61–$21.27 per hour, with all employees receiving minimum wage-compliant compensation. Responsibilities include diagnosing basic automotive issues, performing scheduled maintenance, tire upkeep, and testing vehicles on-road.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
