Jiffy Lube LLC is hiring a Service Technician in Phoenix, AZ. No automotive experience is required—we provide comprehensive training. You will perform oil changes, basic maintenance, and multi-point inspections while ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on-site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
• Perform other assigned duties
