Job summary

Goodyear is seeking an entry-level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. You will learn to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service, with training provided and opportunities for fast-track advancement.

No prior experience required; must be able to work retail hours including some holidays and weekends. A valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S. are required.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires and performing oil changes.
• Learn from mid- and senior-level automotive technicians to expand service capabilities.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service and communicate clearly with customers and vehicles.
• Maintain safety policies and procedures and follow company guidelines.
