Role emphasizes learning tire mounting/balancing, oil changes, and preventative maintenance while delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires and oil changes.
• Assist with tire repairs, filter replacements, and preventative maintenance.
• Train with mid and senior technicians to learn additional services.
• Deliver excellent guest service and clear communication with customers.
