Job summary

Just Tires, a Goodyear company, seeks an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in our Auto Service centers. You will learn basic automotive services while delivering outstanding guest service and support.

Training is provided; prior experience is not required, and we encourage growth within the company. You will mount/balance tires, perform oil changes, and complete preventative maintenance as part of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment offering competitive base

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or previous formal automotive training.
• Able to lift and perform physical tasks as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to complete basic automotive services such as mounting/balancing tires and oil changes.
• Train with mid and senior technicians to learn additional services.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service and clear communication with guests.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations and maintain safety procedures.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting and handling tires and wheels.
