Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to safety requirements.
• Ride along on road-tests to ensure quality of repair work.
• Accurately record time spent on repairs using time clocking procedures.
• Document work performed on repair orders and test procedures/results.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace; stall cleaning daily.
• Ensure customer vehicles are returned clean after service.
