Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our retail operations division. This entry-level role supports a fast-paced automotive service team, diagnosing and repairing basic vehicle systems, performing oil changes, tire maintenance, and routine inspections to keep customers safe on the road.

You will learn on-the-job with opportunities to earn ASE certifications, with benefits from day one and flexible scheduling in a team-focused, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
Install and perform tire maintenance.
Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
Road test vehicles.
