Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our team in a supportive environment. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform routine maintenance, and conduct tire-related services as part of a dynamic service team.

Full- and part-time positions available with benefits starting from day one. A valid driver's license and willingness to learn are essential; prior automotive experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
