Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; team player.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and loud environments; weekends/holidays possible.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience.
• Receive certification and training through the program for services offered.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care during operating hours.
• Provide guidance to junior and mid-level technicians.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates; verify tire pressure.
• Inspect and refill fluids as necessary; complete vehicle inspections.
• Install oil drain plug and new oil filter; lubricate fittings as needed.
• Document all work on the repair order; report safety issues to management.
• Maintain adherence to safety policies; perform other duties as assigned.
