You will progress through our training program to gain certifications and expertise in our services. The job requires 3 months of customer-facing experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work varied hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, presentable service center and follow safety guidelines.
• Assist with guidance to junior technicians and document work performed.
