You will work in a part-time, on-site environment, gaining hands-on experience while developing customer-facing skills and joining a team focused on guest satisfaction and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience in any service industry.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Previous automotive service experience is not required but helpful.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles with attention to quality and safety.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates about vehicle status.
• Keep the service area clean and organized throughout shifts.
• Assist junior technicians and provide guidance as needed.
• Document work performed on repair orders and report safety issues.
