Team Car Care seeks a General Service Technician in Elgin, IL to service guest vehicles and uphold quality standards. You will receive training and certification through our program, enabling you to grow within the company.

The role emphasizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, and safe operation of tools and procedures. This part-time position offers benefits like 401K, bonuses, and employee discounts.

Formación

• 3+ months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality)
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience not required but preferred
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules & operating instructions
• Effective communication with guests and teammates
• Strong work ethic and team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and loud environments
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays
• Adherence to safety protocols and policy

Responsabilidades

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care
• Provide clear communication about guest vehicles
• Keep service center clean and presentable
• Mentor junior technicians
• Check oil level and tire pressure
• Inspect and refill fluids as needed
• Complete vehicle inspections
• Install oil drain plug and filter
• Document work on repair orders
• Report safety issues to management
• Perform duties as assigned
