Team Car Care in Crestwood, IL is hiring a General Service Technician for a part-time position. You will service guests' vehicles, participate in our training program, and help maintain a high standard of guest experience in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates; ensure tire pressure is correct.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary; complete vehicle inspection.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
