Team Car Care West, LLC is hiring a General Service Technician in Spokane, WA. This entry-level position starts with hands-on training to certify you across our service offerings and guest experience standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food, service).
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Previous automotive experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to read safety instructions and operating manuals.
• Strong communication to interact with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior and mid-level technicians.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates.
• Verify tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluids as needed.
• Complete vehicle inspections and document work performed.
• Install a new oil drain plug and oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Report safety issues to management promptly.
• Adhere to all vehicle care policies and procedures.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Work in varying temperatures, loud environments, fumes.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
