Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service and keep the service area clean and organized.
• Assist in vehicle servicing and gain hands-on automotive knowledge through training.
• Document all work on the repair order and communicate with teammates.
• Promote teamwork and adhere to safety policies across shifts.
