Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality).
• Able to understand safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior technicians and support mid-level colleagues.
• Check oil level and communicate findings to teammates.
• Verify tire pressures and inflate as needed.
• Inspect and refill fluids as necessary; complete vehicle inspections.
• Install a new oil drain plug and filter; lubricate fittings.
• Document all work on repair orders; report safety issues to management.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures; perform tasks including lifting as required.
