Team Car Care in Burbank, IL is seeking a General Service Technician for a part-time role. You will professionally service guest vehicles, participate in our training program to certify skills, and support a high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean service area, assisting teammates, and communicating vehicle needs effectively. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and willing to work weekends, with benefits and employee rewards offered.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g. retail, food service, hospitality).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
• Check oil levels and tire pressures; inspect and refill fluids as needed.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and report safety issues.
