Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a General Service Technician in Mission Viejo, CA. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, competitive hourly pay, and growth opportunities within a values-driven shop.

Eligible candidates will perform oil changes, tire services, and basic maintenance while learning Digital Vehicle Inspections and safety procedures from experienced teammates. Full-time, on-site position with weekend flexibility.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; no previous automotive experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass MVR check.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotations.
• Conduct oil changes and basic maintenance (fluids, wipers, bulbs, batteries, filters).
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and document repairs clearly.
• Identify safety issues and report findings through proper channels.
• Follow safety procedures and keep shop clean and organized.
• Transport customers and pick up parts as needed.
• Collaborate with technicians and service advisors; participate in training.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
