Qualifications

• Reliable, safety-focused and mechanically inclined with a desire to learn.
• Interest in automotive repair and basic maintenance processes.
• Ability to follow written procedures and store processes.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a driving record check.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotations.
• Perform oil changes and basic maintenance including fluids, wipers, bulbs, batteries, and filters.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and document repair orders.
• Identify safety-related issues and communicate findings to the team.
• Keep shop, service area, and customer areas clean and organized.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and follow safety procedures.
