Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience (e.g., retail, food service, hospitality)
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and teammates
• Demonstrates responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures and make sound decisions

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians
• Check oil level and communicate results to teammates
• Check tire pressure and ensure proper inflation
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Complete vehicle inspections and document all work performed on the repair order
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center
• Report safety issues immediately to management
