Team Car Care West, LLC in Redmond, WA seeks a General Service Technician to service vehicles and deliver outstanding guest care. You will train through our program and earn certification while contributing to a fast-paced, customer-focused service lane.

Starting as an entry-level GST, you’ll work on vehicles under supervision, learn oil changes, fluid checks, tire pressures, and safety procedures, with growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and team orientation.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Service guests' vehicles to high quality standards.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates about vehicle status.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians.
