Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers in the showroom, engage at the register, and offer tires and basic auto services.
• Serve as the front line contact and connect customer needs with technicians.
• Become an expert on Virginia Tire & Auto Tire Collection, tires, and services such as oil changes and routine maintenance.
• Build relationships by communicating timing and vehicle status to customers for a stress-free car care experience.
• Balance multiple priorities and manage time effectively."
