Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
• State Board licensure to sell automobiles or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Completion of Ford Sales Training within 90 days.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities with negotiation skills.
• Ability to learn new skills and perform tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally with customers via phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Engage with clients and guide them to purchase a vehicle from start to finish.
• Provide test drives, qualify buyers, and develop quotes.
• Suggest trade-ins, explain warranties, features, and services.
• Address concerns and use negotiation skills to close sales.
• Attend sales training and read professional publications; support sales manager with opportunities.
