Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
• Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Learn vehicle features, technology, and product information.
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Guide customers through the purchase process from initial contact through delivery.
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Learn and apply proven sales and customer service techniques.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
• Work closely with sales managers and team members to achieve goals.
• Represent Rydell of Independence professionally at all times.
