You will assist customers in person and by phone, perform DIY services like battery installation and wiper replacements, manage inventory, and uphold store standards. Prior experience is not required, but reliability, communication, and basic math are valued.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus, communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and manuals.
• Use basic math accurately for transactions and measurements.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and over the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper replacements.
• Maintain store product condition and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
