Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, store systems familiarity, and the ability to source from multiple channels.

Part-time or full-time options are available, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. The position involves inventory handling, driving duties for parts delivery, and working a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
Basic automotive system knowledge and basic parts knowledge.
Ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers using store systems.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
Hit personal sales goals and help the store meet its targets.
Perform DIY services and basic installations (battery, wiper, etc.).
Maintain inventory processes including cycle counts, back stock, and stock replenishment.
Safely deliver parts to customers as needed and keep the store clean and organized.
