Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Maintenance Technician as an entry-level member of a team servicing vehicles. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems, performing maintenance, and tire-related tasks, with training and growth opportunities within a large, global tire and auto service network.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries and shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to ensure proper operation.
